If your order fulfills the following criteria, Shipping is Free!

1. Your order comprises of Electrical products only
2. Your total spend is RM100 or more
3. Your delivery address is within Klang Valley (For the rest of West Malaysia, free shipping only applies to orders less than 20kg in total weight).

A delivery fee will be charged based on the product type and weight for your online order.

On occasions, when a number of items are purchased in a single order, they may be sorted into separate boxes and arrive with different deliveries. Therefore, all of the items in your order might not be delivered on the same day.

If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery slip with further instructions will be left in your letterbox.

In line with FMCO security measures, Store Pickup option is not available at the moment.
